Job Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Jacksonville, FL.

The Inside Sales Executive will focus on identifying and generating sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and maintaining strong communication with current clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include calling pre-qualified leads and generating new leads, making follow-up calls, responding to potential client inquiries, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Candidate Qualifications

Proficiency in Phone Sales and Lead Generation
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience and success in Retail and/or Sales
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and sales processes
Motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance preferred.

The Hourly Pay Rate for the Inside Sales Executive position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Pay is typically between $22 to $45 per hour, depending on performance and qualifications. Commissions or Bonuses may apply based on sales achievements and targets met.

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Phone Representative based in Atlanta, GA.

The Outbound Phone Representative will focus on generating sales opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include calling new leads and making follow-up calls, ensuring a high level of satisfaction via outbound phone communications, and helping us to achieve sales targets.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking to gain skills or upskill in using Customer Relationship Management ( CRM ) software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office in an AI-Driven call center environment. Training is provided. Apprenticeship/Internship.

Candidate Qualifications

No previous experience required
Proficiency in Phone Sales and Lead Generation is a plus
Good verbal and written communication and social media abilities
Can work independently and manage time effectively

The Pay Rate for the Outbound Phone Representative position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Pay is typically between $7.25 to $11.45 per hour, depending on performance and qualifications. Commissions or Bonuses may apply based on sales achievements and targets met.
