These Terms and Conditions govern Client and Partner use of V-Source Office & Marketing LLC's AI-powered network protocol and Cloud Workspace as a global corporate and professional service provider.

 

2. Service Description

 

V-Source Office & Marketing LLC will manage and track data and transactions for clients, which include:

  • Secure cloud workspace for storing data and transactions.

  • Real-time conversion rates and reporting for digital assets.

  • State-of-the-art data encryption, secure storage, and automated backups.

  • Integration with V-Source Ledger software and tools.

  • Recording of cryptocurrency and e-commerce transactions for tax compliance.

 

3. Client and Partner Eligibility 

 

Any Client or Partner must represent a legitimate business-related entity and provide proof of identity. 

 

4. Security and Reliability

 

V-Source Office & Marketing LLC takes security in our network and workspace(s) seriously. We provide:

  • State-of-the-art data encryption.

  • Secure storage of data and transactions.

  • Regular automated backups.

5. Compliance

 

V-Source Office & Marketing LLC maintains compliance with FINCEN, KYC, and AML regulations. 

 

6. Integration

​

Custom integrations are available by API request(s) sent directly to V-Source Office & Marketing LLC.

 

7. Fees and Payments

 

V-Source Office & Marketing LLC reserves the right to modify fees without notice. Details of fees associated with AUM will be invoiced to the client separately. All fees and payments are non-refundable.

 

We accept ACH, Apple Pay, Cash App, Credit, Debit, and Cryptocurrency.  Additionally, clients can split payments and pay over time to V-Source Office & Marketing LLC with Klarna.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

V-Source Office & Marketing LLC guarantees the accuracy and completeness of the data and transactions produced by our services. API's are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

V-Source Office & Marketing LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or resale of our services.

 

10. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of GEORGIA, United States.

 

11. Changes to Terms

 

V-Source Office & Marketing LLC may update these Terms and Conditions in the future. Notice of changes will be provided. Continued use of V-Source Office & Marketing LLC services after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
