Job Description

​

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Jacksonville, FL, with the flexibility to work from home for certain tasks. The Inside Sales Executive will focus on identifying and generating sales opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and maintaining strong communication with clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include calling pre-qualified leads and generating new leads, making follow-up calls, responding to potential client inquiries, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Sales and Lead Generation

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

• Experience and success in Retail and/or Sales

• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and sales processes

• Motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment

• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools is a plus

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance preferred.

The Hourly Pay Rate for the Inside Sales Executive position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Pay is typically between $22 to $45 per hour, depending on performance and qualifications. Commissions or Bonuses may apply based on sales achievements and targets met.
